Within the framework of the TRAINPOST distance-learning programme, which is based on a simpler and more user-friendly training approach, the Universal Postal Union (UPU) offers the participant trainees several important courses in the programme. One of them is dealing with « Distance learning and CBT Course Designers ». This course is made up of eleven modules.
This programme is intended to give courses developers the ability to :
1. advise on whether it is appropriate to introduce this mode of learning to their training organisation.
2. to design and implement courses which include this mode.
