Within the framework of the TRAINPOST distance-learning programme, which is based on a simpler and more user-friendly training approach, the Universal Postal Union (UPU) offers the participant trainees, in Human Resources and Training Development field, several important courses in the programme. One of them is dealing with « Training Quality Control ». This course is made up of fore modules.
It aims to show how to maintain and improve the quality of training in a training organisation. It is particularly applicable to an organisation that has already participated in the TRAINPOST programme.
