Within the framework of the TRAINPOST distance-learning programme, which is based on a simpler and more user-friendly training approach, the Universal Postal Union (UPU) offers the participant trainees several important courses in the programme. One of them is dealing with « Course Designers ». This course is made up of thirteen modules.
This course is a Guide for all the main actors in the TRAINPOST Programme - Training Managers, Course Developers, and instructors. It describes, in two parts, a set of procedures for:
           - The Development of Training Programmes
                                                   and
           - The Design of Modular Courses within such programmes.
