Within the framework of the TRAINPOST distance-learning programme, which is based on a simpler and more user-friendly training approach, the Universal Postal Union (UPU) offers the participant trainees, in Postal Reform & Regulation training field, several important courses in the programme. One of them is dealing with Postal Markets .

General Aims:

This course which is made up of three modules, is primarily meant to increase basic awareness of postal managers on the evolution of postal markets.

Target Population :

  • Senior and medium level postal managers supervising the market research and development work at headquarters.
