Courses in Postal Reform & Regulation



	Within the framework of the TRAINPOST distance-learning programme, which is based on a simpler and more user-friendly training approach, the Universal Postal Union (UPU) offers the participant trainees several important courses in the programme. One of them is dealing with «Integrated Postal Reform & Development Plan (IPDP)». This course is made up of three modules. Its aims is to give small collaborative groups of senior staff, drawn from major players in national postal sectors, the ability to plan (i) their national approach to the restructuring, regulation, financing, and quality control of the postal market, through a mandated universal postal service operator, (ii) reorganisation and modernisation of the public operator and its services.
