
The UPU remuneration systems have increasingly become complex. A number of designated operators (DOs) of developing and mostly, of least developed countries have had difficulties to implement them. Therefore, to help them understand and implement the various components of the UPU remuneration systems and then, to avoid financial losses, it is paramount that the IB offer UPU member countries specialized training through Trainpost.
The goal of the course is to get member countries to understand the UPU remuneration systems in detail and provide them with the practical tools and examples for them to calculate their own rates.
Individuals who, on a daily basis, deal with issues relating to international operations and accounting, statistical sampling, and quality of service performance measurement results within the designated operators of UPU member countries.
Daily practice in application of terminal dues, international mail accounting, use of letter post forms (CN forms).

To enable the staff of the central service and of the offices of exchange to effectively perform all statistical and accounting functions related to terminal dues and transit charges.
(i) Staff working in the offices of exchange who are performing the tasks related to terminal dues and transit charges
(ii) Staff of the central service who are performing the tasks related to terminal dues and transit charges
(iii) Trainers
Training in TrainPost training methods is a requirement for the trainers.
