General Aims:

 To provide postal employees and security personnel with knowledge and practical skills to protect postal revenue by preventing, detecting, and investigating fraud such as counterfeit stamps, illegal stamp issues, stamp washing, and misuse of philatelic products. The course also builds understanding of the Philatelic Code of Ethics and International Reply Coupons (IRC) as tools to safeguard revenue and maintain integrity.
