i. To provide employees of the posts with the knowledge and security strategies to address security risks within their organization in order to maintain customer confidence in the mail. ii. Provide the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent, and/or reduce the likelihood of injuries due to the carriage of dangerous goods in international mail through deterrence, detection and appropriate response. iii. To provide the knowledge and skills necessary for protecting employees, customers, revenues and assets of the Posts, and to safeguard the mail from fraud, theft and misuse.
i. Postal employees responsible for the security of personnel and property, in postal organizations. ii. Supervisors and employees of offices of exchange responsible for the processing and the transmission of mail. iii. Supervisors and employees at domestic and international mail exchange points.
