i. To provide postal employees with the knowledge and strategic security skills to address risks within their organizations to maintain customer confidence in the Post. ii. To provide the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent and/or mitigate the likelihood of injuries associated with the transport of dangerous goods in international mail through identification, detection, and appropriate response. iii. To provide the knowledge and skills necessary to protect postal employees, customers, revenue, and assets, and to secure mail from fraud, theft, and misuse.
i. Postal employees responsible for the safety of personnel and the security of property in postal organizations. ii. Managers and employees of exchange offices responsible for the processing and forwarding of mail. iii. Managers and employees of domestic postal exchange offices and international mail processing centers.
