To enable the Postal operators, Governments and other stakeholders
(i) to recognize the usefulness of UPU standards in improving the quality and
(ii) to participate in the development of standards and their wider usage

(ii) IT Companies, Mail handling organizations such as Airlines, and Suppliers that work with Postal operators.
(iii) Partners of Posts including various International Organizations
