Managers and staff responsible for handling international postal items, especially at offices of exchange. This will include: – senior and mid-level postal managers supervising international mail, especially customs-related work, both at headquarters and in the field; – senior and mid-level customs managers supervising postal traffic; – postal and customs trainers responsible for giving training to postal and customs staff at various training institutes; – postal and customs staff working in offices of exchange; – postal staff responsible for customer service and counter staff dealing with day-to-day work on customs-related issues.
