Designed to support operational staff in implementing Electronic Advance Data (EAD) by providing up-to-date, engaging training. The six interactive modules and quizzes, will help participants gain essential knowledge to enhance the postal supply chain and encourage the adoption of EAD worldwide. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate, reinforcing their competency in this critical area of postal operations.
For all staff working with the international exchange of mail from different departments: Sales, operations, customer care, among others.
Participants should be familiar with the EMS service and have some understanding of the postal supply chain.
