Objectifs généraux:
To provide postal staff with the knowledge and practical skills to identify, handle, and respond to dangerous goods (DG) in compliance with UPU, ICAO, and IATA safety and regulatory requirements. The training aims to maintain a secure and compliant postal network by preventing accidents, delays, and regulatory violations.
Public cible:
- Postal security liaisons and designated Dangerous Goods (DG) focal points.
- Postal clerks, mail handlers, supervisors, and managers involved in acceptance and processing.
- Compliance and safety officers within designated postal operators.
- Trainers and facilitators supporting DG awareness.
