General Aims:

 To equip postal employees with the knowledge and practical skills to ensure safe driving and road operations. The course emphasizes compliance with local and national traffic laws, hazard identification and mitigation, vehicle safety checks, defensive driving techniques, positive driver behavior, and effective response to accidents and emergencies.

- Employment or engagement in postal delivery or transportation functions.
