Objectifs généraux:
i. To make UPU’s Regional Project Managers, the Country Project Managers, the Deputy Country Project Managers, the Support Team of each of the Participating Designated Operators and other related officers under the UPU’s new Approach to Field Support for improving the quality of the international postal service, aware of the quality of service issues in international mail, namely of quality management, quality testing and quality standards.
ii. To provide officials responsible for international postal service quality with supplementary professional knowledge.
iii. To reinforce the exchange of views and experience relating to the problems encountered in the countries involved in the regional project in the fields of quality management.
Public cible:
UPU’s Regional Project Managers, the Country Project Managers, the Deputy Country Project Managers, the Support Team of each of the Participating Designated Operators and other related officers under the UPU’s new Approach to Field Support for improving the quality of the international postal service.
Conditions d’accès:
Besides what is mentioned above, the participants should have working knowledge of MS Office, Internet and MS Excel.
